This role requires being on your feet most of the day and working outdoors in all types of weather—rain, sun, heat, or cold—so a strong work ethic and positive attitude are essential
Time Management – ability to manage one’s own time
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Greeting customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
Ensuring customers are directed to the appropriate lane for service.
Collecting and verifying customer contact information to maintain accurate records.
Checking lifetime oil change eligibility and confirming any open recalls that may need to be scheduled or completed.
Communicating effectively with both customers and the service team to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance throughout the day.
