Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of automotive services is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly as they arrive, assist with inquiries and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
Manage incoming calls and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely service.
Provide customers with accurate service estimates, explain necessary repairs, and help any questions they may have
Assist with general administrative tasks such as inventory, data entry and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
