Requirements

  • Quality and friendly phone skills
  • Ability to operate multi-line phone systems
  • Ability to use camera equipment for video recording and smartphone applications
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Knowledge of general computer applications
  • Career-minded and looking for a place to call home
  • A positive attitude and the ability to spread it to others

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming sales calls
  • Schedule test drive appointments
  • Stop the clock and answer internet sales inquires
  • Follow up with previous customers
  • Answer captivated texting sales questions
  • Ensure customer contact is maintained in a timely manner for all internet sales customers
  • To be available for continual training in Sales
  • Manifest list calls
  • Ensure CRM data is correct for all customers
  • Minimum 90 calls per shift
