About The Position

Honda North, an International Cars, Ltd., Inc. Company, is looking for a detail-oriented person who enjoys talking on the phone for our Service Business Development Center. This individual will be responsible for scanning paperwork as well as assisting with phone calls and setting appointments. They will maintain a relationship with our customer base via e-mail and by phone to increase the dealership sales. This position does not require cold calls. ICL is employee owned and proud of our dealerships: Honda North, 1 North Pre-Owned and KIA North in Danvers MA, Dover Honda & Dover Chevrolet in Dover NH, Porsche of Stratham, Audi of Stratham and Honda Stratham in Stratham NH and Portsmouth VW in Greenland, NH. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Customer focused with a friendly demeanor
Flexible schedule to cover store hours, including weekends
Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements
Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
