About The Position

Mac Haik's Southway Ford is looking for a detail orientated, customer focused individual to fill the Automotive Service Assistant Role. The responsibilities of an Automotive Service Assistant include greeting customers, listening to their needs, and scheduling appointments as needed, Data and Repair Order Entry, Answering Phones, Providing World Class Customer Service, and other duties as assigned.

Greeting customers

Aid Service Advisors
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
Finalize Repair Orders and Account payments properly and accordingly
