Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Prior experience in an administrative, customer service, or dealership environment preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Must pass pre-employment background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and drug screening

  • Prior experience in an administrative, customer service, or dealership environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform various clerical and administrative duties to support the Service Department's daily operations
  • Ensure repair orders are closed accurately and review/resolve discrepancies in cash and credit card payments from the previous day
  • Check loaner vehicles in and out to customers, documenting vehicle condition and ensuring proper paperwork is complete
  • Assist in answering incoming calls on behalf of Service Advisors and the Service Manager to ensure timely customer communication
  • Follow up with customers to confirm completion of service work and satisfaction with their visit
  • Utilize the manufacturer survey platform to reach out to customers and encourage positive feedback and reviews
  • Provide support to Service Advisors, the Service Manager, and the Warranty Administrator as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support department or dealership operations
