DeVoe Automotive Group is looking for a Service Appointment Specialist to join our growing Business Development Center (BDC). This role is the heartbeat between our customers and service team—keeping schedules full, customers happy, and operations running smoothly. Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, BDC, or admin support
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to handle high call volume
  • Comfortable with computers and data entry
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Nice To Haves

  • CRM experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from customers needing service
  • Help guide them on next steps and answer basic questions
  • Keep conversations friendly, efficient, and helpful
  • Book and confirm service appointments
  • Work closely with service advisors and technicians
  • Capture customer concerns clearly so the team is set up for success
  • Enter and update customer info in our CRM
  • Track communication and follow-ups
  • Keep records clean and accurate
