Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as an automotive service advisor
  • You can walk the walk with RO metrics and CSI
  • You know your way around X-Time, Dealertrack, or you learn fast
  • You’re calm under pressure, fast on your feet, and never leave a customer hanging
  • You want to grow, earn, and lead in a team that doesn’t do drama or excuses

Nice To Haves

  • GM experience preferred — not required, but you'll ramp up faster

Responsibilities

  • Own the lane — greet every customer like they’re your #1
  • Build trust by listening, explaining, and never overselling
  • Write accurate ROs that keep techs productive and customers happy
  • Collaborate with the shop to move ROs through with urgency and quality
  • Manage your metrics: HPRO, gross profit, RO count, and hours sold
  • Make follow-up calls that show we care — not just close the loop
  • Keep your desk and your attitude clean, organized, and dialed-in
