About The Position

Audi Cape Fear is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join the team. This position requires exceptional customer service skills with a passion for the Automotive industry. The primary role of this position is to act as the liaison between the customer and service technicians and provide recommended repairs and service for the customers. The successful candidate will have a commitment to above-and-beyond customer service and a keen eye for detail. The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for creating a comfortable and enjoyable customer experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and/or 3+ years of experience in the Automotive industry.
Excellent customer service skills with a personable demeanor.
Ability to comprehend and explain complex service information.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
A valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in CDK, CDK Service, and Text2Drive is a plus

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and create an enjoyable customer experience.
Handle customer inquiries about service and repairs.
Receive repair orders and ensure that the customer completely understands the cost and timeline of the work to be performed.
Assist with scheduling appointments.
Review customer invoices before payment is due.
Generate and complete service paperwork.
Provide feedback on maintenance and repair suggestions to management.
Maintain awareness of current promotions and specials.
Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely manner.
Provide a professional, positive and personable customer experience.
Promote customer loyalty through customer service delivery.
