Requirements

Four years or more previous automotive dealership service experience.
Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.
Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety
Must pass a drug test
Must pass a physical
Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Must display good judgment.

Responsibilities

Schedule service appointments by answering incoming service calls
Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain information
Serve as the liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer
Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required
Provide the client with an accurate estimate of repair or maintenance cost. An explanation of associated cost, detailing problems and pertinent information and secure client authorization of repair or service
Can work in a fast-pace environment, are organized and manage time efficiently
Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
