Requirements
- 2-year minimum experience required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns.
- Schedule appointments.
- Write accurate repair orders and clearly explain recommended services.
- Communicate between customers and technicians throughout the repair process.
- Provide estimates, timelines, documentation, and organization.
- Upsell maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up as needed.
