Requirements

- Proven track record of service department success and customer satisfaction
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Manage service orders and monitor flow through the service drive
- Ensure every customer receives prompt, courteous, and professional service
- Take full ownership of the customer experience — both in person and by phone
- Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication
- Efficiently distribute work among technicians to maximize productivity
- Maintain strong product knowledge to answer technical service questions
- Support warranty claims administration and ensure proper documentation
- Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
- Foster a positive relationship with manufacturers and uphold dealership standards
- Ensure all work and service processes comply with relevant laws and company policies
