About The Position

As a Service Advisor , you'll be the bridge between our valued customers and our expert technicians. Your job is to create a smooth and professional experience for every guest—from scheduling and check-in to service updates and final delivery. Requirements

  • Service Advisor or automotive experience preferred , but we’ll train the right person
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and determine their service needs with care and accuracy
  • Clearly explain recommended services and keep customers updated throughout the repair process
  • Create repair orders, verify warranty and service contract coverage
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion
  • Maintain high CSI scores and build lasting relationships with customers
