Requirements

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly with a friendly and professional attitude
Listen actively and respond to customer questions and inquiries
Provide thorough descriptions of service opportunities and answer related questions
Assess needs for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
Write a detailed estimate of service repair cost and time
Schedule appointments and prepare service orders
Maintain accurate records of all transactions
Review billing statements for accuracy
Ensure that work is complete and customer is completely satisfied
