Requirements

• Valid driver's license, along with a three yeard clean driving record
• Willing to submit to pre-employment screenings, including backgroung and drug screening
• Organized and friendly personality
• Time management skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Proven track record of service and sales success
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
• Team oriented and self motivated
• Able to work with little supervision

Nice To Haves

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred (automotive)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience
• Write clear and accurate repair orders
• Communicate vehicle needs and recommendations clearly
• Act as a liaison between customers and technicians
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain high CSI scores
