About The Position

Auburn Honda is moving into our new State of the Art Honda Dealership and need several highly motivated sales professionals to work in a fast paced, customer focused environment! Join the Fox Honda team as a Sales Consultant and become a key player in delivering exceptional automotive experiences to our customers in Auburn and beyond! About the Role: As a Sales Consultant, you'll play a vital role in guiding clients through the vehicle purchasing process. You'll assess customer needs, provide product recommendations, and deliver personalized service while working towards team and individual sales goals.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, along with a clear driving record in your state of residence.
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • Self-starter mentality and entrepreneurial spirit preferred.
  • Ready to hit the ground running with learning how to use our sales process to efficiently help customers.
  • Fantastic communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Client Needs Assessment: Understand customer preferences, lifestyle, and budget to recommend the right vehicle solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of our full lineup of Honda vehicles, including features, benefits, and current promotions.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and answer questions to build trust and confidence.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed personal and team performance goals.
  • Market Research: Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and service teams to provide a seamless customer journey.
  • Customer Service: Deliver top-notch support from first interaction through vehicle delivery and beyond.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Guide clients through financing options and finalize deals with professionalism and transparency.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM.
