About The Position
Automotive Service Advisor – Be the Voice of the Service Lane! Are you a people-person who loves cars and solving problems? We’re looking for a rockstar Service Advisor to be the go-to connection between our customers and our service team. What You’ll Do: Greet customers like a champ and get the details on what their car needs Help diagnose issues (with a little road testing, if needed!) Requirements
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services
- Ability to explain technical information in a way customers understand
- Comfort using scheduling and service software (we’ll train you on the specifics)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education a plus)
