Responsibilities
- Own the front-of-house experience from greeting to vehicle delivery
- Write and manage service orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Deliver clear, confident recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with technicians to keep the workflow efficient
- Educate customers and upsell services when appropriate
