About The Position
Service Advisor Ryan Family Dealerships Do you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and calmly explaining why a “quick noise” might take a little longer than expected? Perfect. We’re looking for a Service Advisor who can juggle customers, schedules, and repair orders—with a sense of humor. What You’ll Do: Greet customers like you’re genuinely glad they showed up Translate “car noises” into actionable service recommendations Keep customers informed while using plain English Balance customer expectations with real-world repair timelines Coordinate with technicians to keep work moving and expectations realistic Turn stressful car days into surprisingly pleasant experiences
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask without losing your cool (or your smile)
- Automotive or service experience is a plus, but people skills matter most
- A sense of humor—you’ll need it, and so will the customers
- Strong team player mentality (this is a big department with assorted personalities)
