Requirements

• Minimum 1 year as an Automotive Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant.
• Tekion experience preferred.
• Demonstrates integrity, high energy, and a proven track record of exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Conduct thorough inspections and accurately document customer concerns to ensure proper diagnostics by certified technicians.
• Keep customers informed about service requirements, costs, and completion timelines.
• Manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, responding promptly to customer needs.
