RESPONSIBILITIES Greet customers at their vehicle Write and close repair orders Present maintenance and manufacturer recommendations Sell needed services ethically and effectively Follow up on declined work Maintain strong CSI performance Coordinate with technicians for efficient workflow Manage promise times and customer expectations REQUIREMENTS 2+ years AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR experience Dealership experience REQUIRED Strong sales / closing skills Ability to thrive in high-volume environment Proven gross production history Professional communication and appearance Experience with AutoMAte, XTime, or similar software preferred WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT We are structured.
