Requirements
- Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Basic computer and technology skills
- A strong desire to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Ability to meet performance goals
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- All applicants must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, courteous manner
- Clearly explain service needs and recommended maintenance
- Coordinate repair and maintenance work with technicians
- Keep customers informed on service progress and any changes
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
