Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role
- Excellent communication
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in identifying their automotive service needs.
- Provide clear, detailed explanations of service recommendations and repairs.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service department workflow.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of vehicles.
- Prepare and present service estimates to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on services provided.
- Promote additional services and products when appropriate.
