About The Position

We are currently seeking a professional, experienced, and proven Automotive Service Advisor/Service Consultant to join our elite team at Sunset Cadillac of Sarasota. Only experienced candidates will be considered for this position. Must have a proven track record selling service to automotive customers and developing relationships with new and existing clientele.

Requirements

Must be career minded & have great customer service skills.
Strong automotive knowledge and experience required.
Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferred.
Successful candidate must have a valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for service customers, show outstanding customer service.
Use active listening to engage and understand the customer's vehicle issues and concerns.
Create repair order and communicate vehicle needs clearly to technician.
Communicate vehicle diagnoses and maintenance needs to customer. Advise and sell needed work.
Follow up on vehicles throughout the repair process, keeping customer updated.
Interact with customers, vendors, and technicians in a professional manner at all times.
