About The Position
Heritage Honda Westminster s is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our fast-paced, high-energy Service Department. Requirements
- 2+ years’ dealership experience in automotive service writing
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Basic MS Office knowledge, computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematical skills
- Working knowledge of basic car functions, characteristics, and operations

- Reynolds Ignite experience, preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to include vehicle service care and manufacturer’s warranty specifications
- Schedule and manage service appointments and service estimates
- Address and resolve customer complaints
