  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, repairs performed, and invoices.
  • Address any customer complaints or issues that arise during the service process.
  • Promote service specials and warranty programs to customers to increase sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Understanding of automotive systems and repair processes to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and coordinating service efforts.
