Summary Service Advisors are primarily responsible for assisting customers through the service process. From determining the customer's needs in our Service Department, to ensuring they have a great experience throughout - you will be the primary resource to our customers during for their service needs. Outgoing, upbeat personalities tend to be most successful with this position.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver’s license & clean driving record
• Automotive service advisor experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
• Multitasking skills
• Proficient use of computers/business machines
• Applicants must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Interested candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive service advisor experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues
• Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations
• Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and good employee and community relations
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
• Increase profitability by maximizing sales & executing retail promotions
• Oversee technicians working on customers’ vehicles, including their time management/efficiency, parts ordering, job completion times
