This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in clear communication and delivering a strong customer experience from start to finish. As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers, helping them understand their vehicle’s needs, setting expectations, and keeping them informed throughout the service process. You’ll work closely with technicians and the service team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately, while maintaining a smooth and organized service drive.
