Requirements

  • Automotive Service Advisor experience REQUIRED (Chevrolet, Cadillac, or GM brand experience a plus)
  • Strong sales and upselling ability with a proven track record of hitting goals
  • Excellent communication and people skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance, reliability, and a drive for success
  • CDK experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and our service department
  • Conduct vehicle walk-arounds with customers to document condition and build trust
  • Offer C. Harper maintenance packages based upon manufacturer recommendations to keep vehicles safe and reliable
  • Up-sell maintenance services and repairs to drive customer satisfaction and department growth
  • Send digital quotes and multi-point inspection (MPVI) videos to customers to enhance trust and transparency
  • Build long-term customer relationships through trust, transparency, and excellent communication
  • Prepare accurate repair orders and ensure customers understand recommended work
  • Partner with our highly skilled technicians to ensure timely, accurate repairs and vehicle delivery
  • Maintain manufacturer standards for customer satisfaction and compliance
