Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be computer literate and organized
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays

Nice To Haves

• Industry experience preferred
• Upselling or retail sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer service calls and schedule appointments
• Accurately estimate costs and completion times for service/repairs
• Coordinate with technicians and ensure work is completed to satisfaction
• Communicate updates to customers and recommend additional services as needed
• Ensure customer satisfaction by getting it right the first time
• Maintain strong follow-up and documentation
