Accurately and efficiently assess and diagnose customer concern, testing to ensure whether components and systems are working properly, then isolating cause of the problem. Efficiently perform work on each repair order in accordance with dealership and factory standards. Responsible for basic care and maintenance, such as oil changes and tire rotations, diagnose more complex problems, plan and execute vehicle repair.

Requirements

• Team oriented
• Possess the ability to use technology applicable to role, and to access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities.
• Have 2-3 years previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or other related fields Previous diesel or automotive experience preferred
• Be very good understanding GM systems, processes and products
• ASE master certified. L1, L2,L3 are a plus.
• Must have master tool set.
• Other manufacture master certifications will be considered.
