As a division of Xcite Automotive you will join a team of over 500 employees across the country. As an Automotive Detailer you will become an expert at interior and exterior vehicle detailing, develop a passion for speed and efficiency to build your income and serve dealer customers, and work towards the development of new skills in the Automotive Reconditioning Industry. Xcite Automotive and ReconLogic has a national team that provides marketing and reconditioning services to automotive dealerships. ReconLogic is a division of Xcite Automotive. Xcite Automotive's national team specializes in vehicle photography and other merchandising services. ReconLogic helps dealers get their vehicles retail-ready in five days or less. Our services include vehicle details, PDR, Chip/Touch-up, Interior Repair, Scratch Removal, Wheel Repair, body and paint, glass repair, vehicle window tinting, and more.

Requirements

• Manual transmission driving experience could be required
• Must be 18 years old with valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation
• Successfully complete pre-employment background check, including motor vehicle driving record
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Ability to sit, bend, squat, and hold various positions for long periods of time

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior of vehicles, including but not limited to: wash, rinse, clean, polish, vacuum, dust, buff, wax, stain-removal, and other basic job duties
• Inspect personal work performed for maximum quality assurance
• Document vehicles serviced for production and billing
• Maintain clean equipment, tools, supplies, and service area
• Provide excellent customer service and positive attitude toward dealership and coworkers
