About The Position

Xcite Automotive seeking an experienced Automotive Senior Detailer to perform high-quality vehicle reconditioning in a fast-paced dealership environment. This role requires advanced detailing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting production and quality standards.

Requirements

• Prior automotive detailing experience (dealership or equivalent)
• Experience with buffing and polishing
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role (standing, bending, lifting)
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Nice To Haves

• Paint correction experience
• Headlight restoration proficiency
• Knowledge of detailing chemicals and equipment
• Experience working in a high-volume dealership environment
• Ability to train or mentor junior detailers

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced interior and exterior automotive detailing
• Buffing, polishing, and paint correction
• Headlight restoration and surface enhancement
• Interior deep cleaning (carpet extraction, leather/vinyl treatment)
• Operate detailing equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect completed work to ensure dealership quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and compliance standards
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
