About The Position
Primary Responsibilities will include the following: Check in new and used vehicles from transports and auctions. Clean new and used vehicles to get ready for customer delivery. Keep all external areas of dealership clean and free of trash. Report any vehicle or property damage to management. Keep all new and used vehicles rotated and lined up for display. Move all units according to sales specials and weekend promotions for display. Keep all stock units on line and out of cleanup area or service area. Keep stock stickers current on all units. Write info on drivers door glass for all wholesale units and park in wholesale area ready for auction. Advise sales manager of any new or preowned unit that needs attention (ex: scratch, flat tire, dings) Maintain the inventory in terms of presentation, lot position, and vehicle readiness (fuel level, cleanliness, battery charge levels, Buyers Guide, Window Stickers, Etc. Minor Property Maintenance as needed (grounds keeping, light bulb replacement, etc)
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
- Successfully pass drug screen, background and motor vehicle records check.
