Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Evenings and Weekends Mandatory
  • Fast learner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and current customers by guiding them through the vehicle selection process using thoughtful questions, active listening, and a customer-focused approach
  • Continuously expand and apply knowledge of vehicle inventory, available packages, and emerging automotive technologies
  • Deliver engaging and informative vehicle presentations tailored to each customer’s needs
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers to build long-term loyalty and generate repeat and referral business
  • Effectively address customer concerns and navigate a variety of sales scenarios to enhance appointment quality and overall experience
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set and track monthly and quarterly goals, coordinate events, monitor reviews, and evaluate personal performance
  • Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and a results-driven mindset
