Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships are expanding and seeking Inexperienced Automotive Sales Consultants to join their team at the Hyundai Mazda dealership in State College, PA. The company provides training and support for motivated individuals looking for a rewarding long-term career. The dealership is hosting on-the-spot interviews from Tuesday, April 28th to Thursday, April 30th, between 10 AM and 6 PM, at Blaise Alexander Hyundai Mazda in State College, PA.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people daily
• Ability to contact customers, complete sales, and manage other tasks independently
• Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the dealership lot
• Ask questions to understand their needs and preferences
• Showcase and demonstrate vehicle features
• Accompany customers on test drives
• Close sales and provide outstanding customer experience
