About The Position

The role involves interacting and consulting with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase, aiming to create the best vehicle-buying experience and foster lifelong customer relationships. The representative will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and store policies and services. They will also ensure timely follow-up, maintain strong relationships with customers, track customers using store-specific management systems, and stay updated on new products, features, and accessories through training courses.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge of computers.
  • Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
