Requirements

Customer service experience
Self-Motivation
Driven individual looking to establish success in Automotive Sales
Availability for a retail schedule that regularly includes evenings and weekends
Skilled in using and adapting to new technologies
Valid Washington Driver's License with clean driving record

Learn the automotive business
Communicate with enthusiasm about our products
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge of all vehicles and services.
Meet personal and team sales targets through effective prospecting and ethical selling practices.
Understand customer needs, present suitable options, and recommend additional products.
Follow up with clients post-sale to encourage repeat business.
Attend training and sales meetings to stay updated on products and techniques.
Ensure client information security and keep a valid, clean driving record.
