Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering an outstanding buying experience.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the entire purchasing process, helping them select and secure the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and confidently close sales opportunities.
  • Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, features, financing options, and promotions.
  • Deliver a seamless, transparent, and enjoyable buying experience from first contact to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members in a high-energy, family-oriented sales environment focused on success and growth.
