Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing sales role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for automobiles and a drive to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of finance, leasing, and warranty products is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Conduct test drives and provide in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and address any concerns or questions.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes.
