About The Position

Ron Tonkin KIA, a top-performing automotive dealership located in Gladstone, OR, is actively seeking out experienced Automotive Sales Representatives/Consultants to join our sales team. Our Automotive Sales Representatives/Consultants make a huge impact on our dealership by providing world-class customer support to our clients throughout the buying process. The ideal candidate would be a highly motivated individual with prior automotive sales experience.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of automotive sales experience.
• Computer skills (Word, CRM, Texting, Email).
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, help diagnose their needs, and explain how their needs translate to a new vehicle.
• Show and explain exactly what their new car has and how it operates.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email.
• Negotiate sales transactions.
• Attend training and sales meetings.
• Complete sales transaction paperwork.
