Automotive Sales Professional - New and Used Vehicles
About The Position
Automotive Sales Consultant Do you want to sell brands of automobiles that are known for their quality, reliability and genuinely loved? You've come to the right place. We're looking for sales professionals to sell vehicles in Iowa's Only Jeep Superstore and new home of the Ram Ranch. Deery Brothers in Waukee is one of Central Iowa's newest dealerships and was built to give our customers a great experience in sales, service & parts. Requirements
- Experience working in a retail environment a plus, but not required.
- Ability to develop sales skills, great communication, and excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent planning, organization and thorough follow-up skills are necessary for staying in touch with the client prior to and after the sale.
- Current valid driver’s license is required for all employees.
Nice To Haves
- Willingness to work with social media and utilize these platforms to market yourself and product is also recommended.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers on sales floor and perform a needs analysis.
- Perform features and benefits presentation of products.
- Learn inventory and understand the importance of knowing inventory.
- Works with sales and finance management to negotiate and explain pricing.
- Help merchandise inventory when needed.
- Complete necessary paperwork and arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle.
- Deliver clean and operational vehicle to customer with professionalism and excitement.
- Attend and completes required training and department meetings.
- Follow a sales process that includes internet leads requiring excellent written skills & verbal communication skills with the goal of setting appointments.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
