Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years automotive sales experience required
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong closing skills and negotiation abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Sell new and pre-owned vehicles to retail and business customers
• Build and maintain a loyal customer base through referrals and repeat business
• Follow up on dealership-provided internet and showroom leads
• Demonstrate vehicle features, conduct test drives, and present pricing options
• Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) standards
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
