We are seeking driven, customer-focused professionals with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience who want a structured, transparent compensation plan and a competitive environment. Why Our Pay Plan Is Different In today’s market, front-end gross is compressed. When you are paid strictly on gross, income becomes unpredictable and stressful. That stress shifts focus away from the customer and onto the desk. We believe great sales professionals should focus on: Building relationships Delivering a strong presentation Driving finance penetration Creating 5-star experiences Not worrying about whether a deal was packed, discounted, or turned into a mini. Our compensation plan rewards production, consistency, and customer experience — not fluctuating front-end margins. Compensation – Transparent & Performance-Based $3,000 Monthly Draw paid as Salary Provides stability. Commissions and bonuses are paid once draw is exceeded. No income cap. Bonus Per unit (new or used) Additional Earnings When customer finances with us When customer trades When customer purchases a Vehicle Service Contract When customer purchases accessories When leaves a 5-star Google review Volume Bonuses at 15+ units and 20+ units. Top 3 Performance Pool Top 3 sales professionals split on total store retail units sold. What That Means Average pay per vehicle is north of $500 per unit . 12 vehicles = ~$6,000+ per month 15 vehicles = $8,000–$9,000+ 20 vehicles = $10,000+ Top producers earn more. There is no ceiling. If you can consistently sell 12–15 vehicles per month and feel limited by gross compression at your current store, this structure provides a more predictable and controllable income model.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Available evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
