The ideal candidate will assist with moving vehicles around the lot, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the vehicle buying process. This role requires a professional appearance, impeccable communication skills, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Requirements

Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to safely operate both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
Dependable, safety-conscious, and customer service oriented
Ability to navigate vehicles in tight spaces safely
Basic computer and internet skills
Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects when necessary

Responsibilities

Greet customers entering the service area with a professional and friendly attitude
Install disposable protective coverings such as seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats on vehicles brought in for service
Deliver keys and repair orders to sales staff after parking vehicles
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by performing general cleaning tasks like sweeping and trash removal
Retrieve vehicles for customers during pick-up, interact positively with customers, and thank them for their business
Follow all safety and security procedures consistently
Attend staff meetings, trainings, and educational sessions as required
Perform additional duties as assigned
