Victory Toyota of Canton is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Automotive Sales Porter to join our team. This role supports the sales department and helps ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

Requirements

Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
Reliable and professional work ethic
Ability to maneuver vehicles in tight and confined spaces
Strong focus on safety and customer service
Basic computer and internet skills
Excellent communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to read and understand instructions
Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as required

Responsibilities

Greet customers entering the service area with a friendly and professional attitude
Move vehicles on the lot as needed and assist the sales team with customer vehicles
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and protect vehicles from damage while on the lot
Install protective coverings such as seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats on vehicles brought in for service
Deliver keys and repair orders to appropriate sales staff members
Keep the service area clean and safe by performing duties such as trash removal and sweeping
Retrieve vehicles for customers at pickup and provide excellent customer service by thanking them for their business
Follow all safety and security procedures carefully
Attend required staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes
Perform other duties as assigned
