We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Automotive Sales Office Clerk to join a people-first team that values professionalism, collaboration, and being an active part of the community we serve. This role is essential to the accuracy and efficiency of our sales operations and is ideal for someone who takes pride in staying organized, supporting others, and learning new processes. In this position, you will be responsible for processing and posting vehicle deals from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant. You will manage new and used vehicle inventory by stocking in units, maintaining inventory records, and utilizing the dealership management system to keep information current. You will also file required sales reports with the state, assist with sales and dealer license documentation, and maintain organized records to support audits and internal reviews. This role requires learning and following procedures for multiple manufacturers, making flexibility and adaptability especially important. While prior automotive experience is not required, experience within the automotive industry, particularly with Ford, Chrysler, or General Motors brands is considered a bonus.
