Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram, in Tinley Park is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and supports the dealership's sales team, working closely with the General Sales Managers to drive performance, maintain high standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous automotive sales management experience preferred
• 3–5 years of successful automotive sales experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development
• Ensure dealership sales processes, policies, and standards are consistently followed
• Uphold dealership standards to achieve top Customer Satisfaction (SSI) scores on every sale
• Support the sales team in closing deals when needed
• Oversee vehicle deliveries to ensure a premium customer experience
• Review and manage inventory levels; provide recommendations to General Sales Management
• Assist with trade appraisals as necessary
