About The Position
We have an immediate opening for a progressive new and used car sales manager at Porsche / MB Tallahassee. If you have successfully managed a large sales force, have import brand experience, seasoned new car manager and/or used car manager experience, you should definitely consider applying today! This role involves driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring an exceptional buying experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in sales management. Candidates for this position MUST have Automotive Management Experience to be considered. The right candidate should have the following: At least five years in a dealership sales environment required!!! New and used inventory control skills. Excellent training, desking and internet sales process success Use current technologies to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals. Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of automotive sales processes and finance options.
- At least five years in a dealership sales environment required!!!

Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with the finance, service, and parts departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Train, coach, and evaluate sales staff to improve performance and skills.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, automotive industry regulations, and local laws.
