We’re hiring an Automotive Sales Manager to lead retail operations, drive sales performance, and support omni-channel initiatives. Requirements

  • Must be 20 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • 3+ years of car sales experience
  • 1+ year of management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse, high-performing team
  • Results-driven with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Excellent organization, time management, and adaptability

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in auto dealership or auto financing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring, scheduling, and performance coaching
  • Drive CRM accountability and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support digital retailing initiatives, including Rent2Buy
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of finance deal packages
  • Follow up on missing documents and pending deals
  • Collaborate with Sales Consultants to improve finance metrics
  • Support Finance & Insurance (F&I) process and performance
  • Deliver high customer satisfaction scores (NPS)
  • Train staff on customer interaction and operational processes
  • Act as second-in-command at the store location
  • Support inventory, reconditioning, and pricing processes
  • Monitor compliance with store and audit checklists
  • Address employee, customer, and vendor concerns in partnership with leadership and HR

Benefits

  • Wage is $17.00/hr + Anticipated average commissions of $50,762/yr
  • Overtime Pay: Eligible (The company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Per company policy, approval is required prior to the use of overtime)
  • Holiday Pay: Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay)
  • Sick Pay: Granted Up to 48 hours
